Ordering, Payment and Shipping Procedure:


We make great teas and soaps. But we are still learning the webmaster ropes. Due to the learning curve of the webmaster (who is also the soap master, lotion blender, janitor, harmonica polisher, and kilt model), the limitations of the website, and the various sizes and weights of our products, we must calculate shipping charges manually. Please excuse this inconvenience. We are working on a better system.

Currently we are shipping only to Canada and the U.S.A. All orders are processed in Canadian funds. We use PayPal to protect your privacy when you order online.

To Order:

  • Select items to purchase from the web site.
  • Email us with your list. Be sure to include quantity, size and colour where appropriate. Include your name, shipping address and phone number.
  • We will email an invoice for your approval including all charges, and shipping costs prior to your payment.
  • The invoice will include a link to PayPal to allow you to pay for your purchase securely on-line when you approve the quoted costs.
  • Once we receive confirmation of payment, we will ship your products within 48 hours.
  • Please note we cannot guarantee postal performance. Allow 5-18 business days depending upon location and time of year.

Canadian rates: Canada Post bases its rates on origin, destination, size and weight of parcel. We are happy to provide quotes prior to shipping. In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, each order is treated individually. Base parcel rate for shipping anything within Canada - even a small bottle of lotion - is $7.50. When ordering items, remember this base parcel price. It is more cost effective to order a few items at the same time to reduce the unit cost of shipping rather than shipping a single item.
