Assam Behora Estate - TGFOP grade. A classic Assam with a traditional leaf style. Produced during June, this tea embodies the flavour and strength one expects from a top Assam estate. Full bodied, robust character tending toward malty. Produces a golden infusion that is a great start to your day. A great afternoon tea for a
pick-me-up.

Ceylon "Lover's Leap" - A classic black tea with a liquor that is bright with excellent flowery flavour and a cup that tends somewhat light. A good after-dinner tea. A lively, brisk flavourful tea. Ingredients: Ceylon black tea grown above 4000 feet at Nuwara Eliya Estate. OP grade.

English Breakfast - Blended to complement the hearty English breakfast of eggs, ham, sausage, tomato, and a fried slice. Rumpole would love it. Ingredients: blend of black teas from Nuwara Eliya (Sri Lanka's "Little England"), Dimbula and Uva estates in Ceylon.

Irish Breakfast - As the name implies, this tea is a great complement to your morning. A blend of high grown Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and the malty undertones of fine Assam black teas. Its dark, potent character sometimes is compared to Irish Stout beer. A popular tea the world over. Enjoy with a dollop of milk and a bit of our Mountain Blossom honey.

Lapsang Souchong - An amazing tea with a storied past.
Intensely smoky aroma bridging to a surprisingly smooth taste with an underlying
piquancy. Ingredients: pine smoked Chinese black tea.

Yorkshire Harrogate Blend - A classic. This world-favourite tea, introduced by Charles Taylor in 1886, is just delicious. When touched with a bit of milk and a spot of our Mountain Blossom Honey a "cuppa" will make you Hail Columbia and wave the Union Jack. Note: this tea is so bold and rich you will only need about 1/2 tsp per cup. Ingredients: Multiple black teas from Assam, Africa, Sri Lanka and Indonesia.
